Let me start off by saying I worked her for little over 3 months had a tragedy in my family told my driver leader at the time Kristina from the Dallas terminal she made it seem like everything was fine and then the day I decide to go back to work I got another call and told her due to the information I received that I will be volunteering to resine until I should come back she threatened that if I did this I would no longer have my cdl! I’m like what Are you talking about ? Fast forward now on my report they banned me for “abandoning equipment “ which I never did! I returned the company truck to the Houston terminal where it was originally assigned and also just received a report saying I have 2 violations for brakes which is a lie ! I never got pulled into any inspection bays while I was here for anykind of inspection and I had a brand new 2024 truck !! With only 2,000 miles!!! And now whenever I call to discuss these issues because they have been affecting me with other companies! They (swift) says “we can’t talk to past employees “ this is very unprofessional and I most likely will have to take action if they don’t assist me

Welp now I know why swift has so many accidents distracted driving i witnessed your driver watching a video on a mobile device while traveling down hwy 35 south leaving the lane of travel unit 211742 @530 waco tx hopefully safety team can address this issue

Well I just dropped off my daughter so didn't really go inside to deal with anything but my daughter had been very sick ? as we left we were going to meet at a truck stop further down heading towards Waco . But then she called to say she couldn't meet us due to nothing was fixed on her truck and she had to go back to terminal and talk to them. Why was her truck there a whole week and nothing fixed.That is ridiculous she is a single mom of a boy 5 and girl 2 that she need to take care of.she has since stopped at other locations to try and get her truck fixed those are more days of no working how can SWIFT allowed drivers with or with our families to drive a truck that has issues. I'm sure my daughter wants to come home to see and be with her babies that she loves with whole heart and not risk driving a truck that can kill her or someone else on the road .. get it together SWIFT I love my girl and she needs to have a safe truck to do she can get home to her babies .. if the mechanics do there job right then drivers can do there job as well.. thank you .. Drivers please be safe .. ????? lifting all in my prayers.. let's go SWIFT you got this .. Canchola Solorzano Family

This is my home terminal. I am pleased with it so far. There are 4 or 5 showers and 3 restrooms in the driver's lounge. Washer and dryer to wash clothes, when I left, only two washers were working. There is a gym upstairs, ask around someone might be able to guide you to it. There is plenty of parking during the week, but weekends will be packed.

This terminal is rubbish, there are never trailers available, in the last year all the times I have been here there are never loads, just wait 3 or 4 days, the workshop is a bunch of idiots, they are just smoking cigarettes outside, wait for them to serve you For an appointment to fix your truck it is better to ask Santa for another truck, what a bad organization this terminal

Pumps are ALWAYS broke and not working . Even tho you get notice of fuel prices from there from company

I want to start off by saying when I started it was great i had a great mentor (Mr Allen) ,he took his time with me helped me in so many ways i wish i can still call him for advice but i lost his number but anyway he was a really good mentor then i had another lady(mentor) (i was having problems with pregnancy got off his truck and wish I didn’t lol ) but she was ok but she rushed me to plug the hose and drive i had to wait to eat because shd wanted me to eat and drive at the same time and i just couldn’t and if your a female you know if you dont eat while pregnant you get nauseous ,she had a attitude at times while 4 months pregnant at the time i was not rushing for anybody then i had another mentor he was cool but once i was done with all my drive hours i wanted to go PRACTICE backing at the terminal to finish out my backing hours didn’t plan to test but i did and passed and i guess since i didn’t drive 13 hrs as plannEd my mentor was mad im not gone say his name but i can tell, he told them he didn’t approve of the test i passed to get into my own truck (which he didn’t ) he took me off the truck right after i told him “i wasn’t driving that day i was just going to practice at the terminal”, cool but I didn’t really want to keep driving 13 hours for the 2nd or 3rd time (making PRACTICE pay and not normal pay )if I didn’t need to i heard he told them i wasnt good at all , and of course they went with whatever the mentor said told me to drive with another mentor and if they said i was good I could’ve got a truck so i did and he said i was good but STILL they didn’t let me , they said it was because i had another week of training (i think it was because the mentor told them i wasn’t ready/good ) but anyway thats when they put me with the lady , i just wish they REALLY studied the mentors they chose to be MENTORS I understand with a student they make more money but it’s ridiculous , i was there a few months then quit also they say you'll get time off you dont unless you take off , holiday, weekend , weekday , YOU WORKING lol and the day you have off you better be close to home and make it before your time run out because youll be spending it in the truck , but thats trucking life OTR but i know the recruiters lied to me about the weekend off they do good as for hotels and giving places to sleep and making sure everybody eat lunch and have snacks i can say that about this terminal But some of they mentors , dont care about nothing but extra pay , thats it but again , MR ALLEN .. GREAT MENTOR NO COMPLAINTS and you can tell he is GENUINE he had sheets that i did everyday to make SURE i knew what i was doing with the paper logs he showed me everything your supposed to have for each state , like im wayyy better at math because of him , he REALLY helps the students anything needed he will tell you he not gone sugar coat lol very thankful to have had a mentor like mr allen he taught me alot !
