They gave me the wrong attachment needed for the tool to function. I still had to pay for the rental, even though it was their mistake. I couldn't do my job that day because they gave me the wrong equipment and had to pay for their mistake. Make it make sense.

Management agrees to price match what is listed on. HD website and then changes their mind. Price should be the same as advertised to begin with. Shop at Lowes. they also have pro rewards.

Made an order at the pro desk at 4 pm Friday to be picked up Saturday morning. At 11 am Saturday items out of 20 were pulled. There excuse was they didn't pull them last night and they ran out of product this morning. I've lost 1/2 a day of work at the jobsite.

they can't cut wood straight to save their lives. I'm so pissed. I had an order to do and but I can't use one piece of the wood that they cut.

I had a bad experience with the delivery of my appliances and Samsung. So I came into the store as spoke with the store manager Al and he worked everything out. He was very patient, helpful and showed an excellent level of customer service. Thanks Al.

One of the things about this social distancing and shopping was that you are monitoring the walk in traffic so things will flow smoothly and quickly. There is absolutely NO REASON there is only one person at the return desk when you have a lot of people wanting to make returns on any given day. There is absolutely NO REASON for anybody to have to be in this store almost an hour in line after waiting 20 mins to get in. This is defeating the purpose. It’s hot and we can’t breathe in these masks so “sure” let us stand here for an hour. How does that make sense?

Find another tool rental because these people are truly dishonest. They added $80 of damage protection fee without disclosing. How could you damage a scaffolding set in one day? When I confronted them they did absolutely nothing they charge me the same amount it cost to buy a set of scaffolding. I will never go to this store again.

the 2 employees I dealt with were NOT very knowledgeable. I was looking for a master link and nobody could help. I went to Ace Hardware in Red Oak and was helped in seconds. I thought EVERYONE that works at a hardware store knew what a master link was. BUT, I was wrong...

This store lacks customer service. The men will stare at you (ladies) but offer little assistance. I rented a rug doctor and bought solutions, spent $90+ dollars in the store. Got home prepped everything, vacuumed, pre-treated. Came time to us the rug doctor, it's a no go. I called stayed on the phone for an hour only to be told to bring it back the next day for a refund. Okay get there and different people at work of course, spend another hour or more in store waiting on different mangers to be told another one would be in at 3pm and would give me a call. 3,4,5,6,7,8pm. No call. I call, speak to a couple different mangers again, a new set, only to end up with a partial refund and advice to go to the Home Depot in Cedar Hill. My thing is I paid full price for a machine that is not fully functional.
