First, the guy at the front desk was great, quick, and made my pick up a breeze. Friendly suggestion - Make sure the trucks arent parked so close that you cant even walk in between them. Also, my trucks interior light was left on - thus creating a drained battery. The first couple of times my truck struggled to start. Thankfully, I finally figured out what was draining the battery. Also, my reservation had an appliance dolly added. Got to the location and was informed they didnt have any onsite and that I should check the other uhaul locations in the area. Thankfully the first one I called on Jefferson street had one, and he let me keep it in the truck after returning to my original drop off location. He didnt have to do that and for that I'm grateful. Needless to say, of course I was charged the extra mileage to go out of my way.

My reservation included a dolly, which was needed. When I arrived, I was told no dolly at the location, so was given a second address that I needed to drive to pick up dolly. Arrived at second location just to be told they also do not have a dolly and they have no idea why I was told to come to their location for a dolly. A waste of my time, mileage, and money. And no apologies, only cavalier attitudes from the employees.

Never will I ever use this location again. I was running 20 minutes late for my pickup tried calling several times no one answered the phone. When I got there the guy had a snobby attitude like he hates his job. I asked about time changing to 12pm so I could get the full 24hrs he told me no I needed to bring it back by 11:30. Upon returning the truck the guy still had the same snobby attitude I filled the gas back up but put in more than I was supposed to on accident even with watching the fuel hand. I asked him about refund procedure because I want my money back his response was no it's not their fault. I asked for the customer service number and a card for that location to report him and the incident. Got my claim filed I will be getting a refund and I reported his rude horrible customer service. The guy did not even inspect the truck when I returned it.

I was about 30mins late returning the truck & got charged for another day. No understanding even tho before i picked up the truck i called in & changed time..the lady had no understanding. Find another location this was 2nd & last time using this location. Find somewhere else.

I was charged for not fueling the truck back to a quarter of a tank I have a rcpt showing I did. And then I was charged for a furniture mover wich I had forgotten to pick up,per the office lady I called uhaul and advised them if this decided we did not need this after all. Trucks were filthy on the inside. Also I have a witness that saw me fueling the truck right before we return the truck.i don't think it is fair when they would not do a walk around while I was standing there . Then I did return the truck the gentleman that I guess cleans the truck was kinda snobbish. Asking really rudely if I swept the truck out...I will never be back at this location again. If I can give a zero I would.Update still have not seen a credit no one called me on this issue. I guess uhaul likes ripping customers off

Customer service is horrible. Open hours on door reads 9:00am and when the lady at the front opened the doors she had an attitude like she didn’t know she had to be up early. It takes more effort to be rude than just put a smile on your face and do your job. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Took my hard earned money elsewhere, customer service is key for good business.

Reserved and picked up a van at 5:30pm; 30 minutes from closing. Representative Zack was very friendly while taking my info and payment; but he failed to inform me that I needed to call a particular number to inform when the van was turned in (the van was turned in 3 hours later). I was just told to park the van where it was originally parked, as well as, place the key in the orange drop box located on one of the pillars. The cost for rental was approximately $45.Upon checking my bank account this morning I was charged an additional $57. I called the facility and spoke to Rebecca, who stated the fee was due to not calling the phone number to inform when the van was turned in; resulting in a double rental charge. I explained that I wasn't told to call a phone number in which Rebecca argued stating that her team "always" informs customers of the return process. Rebecca refused to help and told me to contact u-haul's 800 number. I asked if she was able to connect me with u-haul and relay that her team had failed to relay the return process; which would then confirm that I should have not been charged double. Rebecca refused and when I asked for her name she chuckled and said "what are you trying to do, get us in trouble". By now, I'm furious and replied, "I'm trying to get your information so that I can know who to reference when speaking to u-haul! It's called providing facts!".Despite Zack's lack of communication, if it wasn't for his kind and professional demeanor this review would be a 1; or zero if that was an option.Also, after calling U-haul, as directed by Rebecca, I was told by U-haul that they could not do anything and that I'm to contact the facility. Such a cluster dump! I've never experienced such bad customer service (except for Zack) before. It took a bunch of back and forth before there was finally some type of resolution.

This location was supposed to open at 1 today..I pre-paid for a truck, but the office isn't open. No one can get in touch with the owner at all. I've been waiting 2.5 hours with no resolution other than a refund. I had already paid my movers, and I can't afford to pay for a whole new truck at another location while my refund is processed. This is ridiculous
