I was charged for not fueling the truck back to a quarter of a tank I have a rcpt showing I did. And then I was charged for a furniture mover wich I had forgotten to pick up,per the office lady I called uhaul and advised them if this decided we did not need this after all. Trucks were filthy on the inside. Also I have a witness that saw me fueling the truck right before we return the truck.i don't think it is fair when they would not do a walk around while I was standing there . Then I did return the truck the gentleman that I guess cleans the truck was kinda snobbish. Asking really rudely if I swept the truck out...I will never be back at this location again. If I can give a zero I would.Update still have not seen a credit no one called me on this issue. I guess uhaul likes ripping customers off

Customer service is horrible. Open hours on door reads 9:00am and when the lady at the front opened the doors she had an attitude like she didn’t know she had to be up early. It takes more effort to be rude than just put a smile on your face and do your job. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Took my hard earned money elsewhere, customer service is key for good business.

Reserved and picked up a van at 5:30pm; 30 minutes from closing. Representative Zack was very friendly while taking my info and payment; but he failed to inform me that I needed to call a particular number to inform when the van was turned in (the van was turned in 3 hours later). I was just told to park the van where it was originally parked, as well as, place the key in the orange drop box located on one of the pillars. The cost for rental was approximately $45.Upon checking my bank account this morning I was charged an additional $57. I called the facility and spoke to Rebecca, who stated the fee was due to not calling the phone number to inform when the van was turned in; resulting in a double rental charge. I explained that I wasn't told to call a phone number in which Rebecca argued stating that her team "always" informs customers of the return process. Rebecca refused to help and told me to contact u-haul's 800 number. I asked if she was able to connect me with u-haul and relay that her team had failed to relay the return process; which would then confirm that I should have not been charged double. Rebecca refused and when I asked for her name she chuckled and said "what are you trying to do, get us in trouble". By now, I'm furious and replied, "I'm trying to get your information so that I can know who to reference when speaking to u-haul! It's called providing facts!".Despite Zack's lack of communication, if it wasn't for his kind and professional demeanor this review would be a 1; or zero if that was an option.Also, after calling U-haul, as directed by Rebecca, I was told by U-haul that they could not do anything and that I'm to contact the facility. Such a cluster dump! I've never experienced such bad customer service (except for Zack) before. It took a bunch of back and forth before there was finally some type of resolution.

This location was supposed to open at 1 today..I pre-paid for a truck, but the office isn't open. No one can get in touch with the owner at all. I've been waiting 2.5 hours with no resolution other than a refund. I had already paid my movers, and I can't afford to pay for a whole new truck at another location while my refund is processed. This is ridiculous

This place is awful no customer service,rude and thinks very low of the surrounding community’s intelligence Stay away from these ppl. Eileen and her husband likes to scream and are very argumentative. They rented me a dirty unsanitized U-haul then lied about giving a discount but charged me the same price as stated when I booked. Please avoid their storage and u-haul services.

It's place to get U-haul trucks and store your extra items at affordable price. Just be sure you come prepared with proper documentation required.

Eileen is extremely rude and unprofessional. I simply tried to explain to her that I was trying to upload pre-existing damage pictures through the app and the app keeps timing out and I don't want to be charged. She said she doesn't work for Uhaul and she didn't invent the app. Rude. If I could give zero stars I would.
