They try real hard. The pharmacy is always short handed. The employees are doing the work of three people. I have had a hard time getting Rxs filled whether I call it in or do it online.

Filled a random prescription under my infant son’s name on my account in a state I have never lived.
The pharmacy will not answer the phone to talk about this. This time on hold, for 29 minutes with 2 callers ahead of me.
Edit, on hold for 48 minutes now
Edit #2. Took 1:18 and two phones calling to ask someone to physically walk back to the pharmacy before they picked up.

Scheduled a flu exam for 2:30 didn’t get tested until 3:10 the girl who was to give the exam was in the restroom for about 15 minutes. Anyways the exam took 1 minute not sure why it took 40 minutes for them to help me.

Had to report pharmacy emp and their floater pharmacist. Rep hung up on me 3 times and pharmacist covered for her by giving me a fake name when I called back and said I was reporting her to corporate. Disgusted!
Manager says they are being disciplined but I don't believe it. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions if possible.

Honestly, on many occasions I have doubts about their prices. I think that some product has a current price of 5 and when I go to checkout it is worth double

Pharmacy tech Jordan is very rude. To be honest the whole pharmacy need NEW HIRES.. everything about that pharmacy is a disgrace from the manager to the workers. If you don’t like your job why would you go to school for that position. Do better!

The worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to! The wait is terribly long and had to wait DAYS for a prescription! I will never ask for medicine to be sent to the location ever again and I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING this location to anyone!!!

By far the worst pharmacy there is they honestly don't no how to do basic math none of them. Every month there is a different issue of why I can't fill my prescriptions. This month they said I couldn't pick it up until the 13th which is 37 days since I picked it up last month. On a 30 day supply which ur allowed to pick up in 28 days they allow a 2 day grace period or are supposed to. When I kindly asked them to just do the math 2 different people said yes u can't pick it up until the 12th. I literally did the math standing infront of them and they still disagreed. Like seriously?

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This is the most unorganized pharmacist I have ever dealt with and the cashier had to keep asking people their name. I had no choice to use this pharmacy to get the meds that my dad needed. The pharmacist acted as if she was confused on what meds to give me and it worried me so much I had to look them up on pill finder to make sure he got the right prescriptions. My dad has Co vid and he had questions for the pharmacist she said she wasn't allowed to talk to him. What was he suppose to do, come up there his self while being sick with Co vid? Worst place ever.

This is one of the worst Walgreens ever. I placed my prescription over a week ago and the girl tells me they were filling it now. I could not wait, so I came back at 4:30 pm to pick them up. The parking lot had a lot of cars, so I got un the drive through. After 30 minutes, one car left the window. It's now 5:03 pm. On top if this the store is filthy. It's starts at the front door and travels throughout the store. Shelves are in disarray and it overall uninviting. Awful store!!!!! Left around 5:20...Never got my prescription today. So frustrating!!!!!
