*BEWARE* Extremely slow. This Walmart has the longest wait times for pickup orders. I was here a year ago waited for an hour and not a single employee checked me in after waiting. Tried again tonight in hopes things have changed, sitting in spot 2 and it's been 45 minutes waiting for a pickup order, the parking lot is almost empty, and I even flagged someone down to see what's up, and no one has came back to bring the order or update. Literally the slowest Walmart in the south! You've been warned! ?

I love this store, it's my go to store. The people work hard on keeping it clean and the prices are what to be expected due to the economy. The employees are always friendly and helpful.

It’s just pure ghetto , playing juke joint tunes while we shop does not make me feel good. Never having anything stocked or replenished. Curbside pick up is a joke. I will drive to another city before I go to this wal mart. If you don’t have standards come to this wal mart

They have a lot of self checkout stations but not all of them are open it's ridiculous and in effective for the fact in having self check out is so that they don't have to have the workers to check out customers but want the customers to check ourselves out. Why have two check out stations open when there is a li.e of over 20 people waiting to leave.

The ppl at the Lancaster Walmart are really friendly. The lines at the checkout move fast, considering I was there on a Saturday mid-day during the holiday season. There were employees directing folks to shorter lines and telling them which registers took cards only, etc. Very efficient. Haven't seen this before at a Walmart.There were also 2 employees checking receipts at the door instead of one employee holding up the line. It helps when folks like me have items that can't be bagged.

Walmart you need to make sure your prices are matching up. I went to Walmart to purchase a pair casual jeans for work. The jeans I decided to purchase had a sale sign showing $24.98. The ticket price on the jeans showed $22.98 and when I checked out the jeans scanned in as $40.00. I went to the customer service dept to bring to their attention the discrepancy in the prices so that I could get the difference I paid. Initially, the store manager/associate did not want to honor the ticket price on the jeans, stating she has to abide by the price that was scanned, although the ticket price showed $22.98. I explained to her that it wasn't my fault the prices didn't match up and if she could not honor the ticket price on the jeans or the sale sign that I wanted a refund. I was in this store for 15 minutes while 2 different managers figure out the problem that had nothing to do with me. I eventually got the difference I paid, however I felt the situation could have been handled better.
