This place is ON IT! Another store closed, so they were taking at least double the amount of orders and doing the best they could to keep up with the demand. Some customers had even been waiting in the store for 3 hours!They were all hustling and bustling trying to keep everyone calm (a 3 hour wait people are bound to get mad!) They gave out free drinks to parched customers. They even went through took turns and called out Names of orders that were ready on top of orders just waiting on fries.I would have cancelled my order personally, I was only here for a door dash and decided to stick it out (I had left another store 2 hours prior that seemed much busier, but those workers bees seemed to be moving in slow motion, so I left).I waited about 45 mins to an hour (honestly I’m not sure, at least that). My customer was unable to reach the store via phone (understandably), so she was unable to cancel her order, and door dashes policy was telling her she had to call.Trying to pick the most opportune time to ask an employee how we could proceed. Then (the manager possible) came and called out names of orders that were finished, orders that were being prepared, and orders that would unfortunately they would have to fulfill the next day. They are committed!She did however give me some attitude, it wasn’t her fault she’d had a trying day, her brain was spinning fast trying to finish the tasks at hand and wasn’t understanding what I was asking. I’m not upset about it, she kept her composure and was as professional as she could be in this situation. All of them did. They should Absolutely be recognized for their hard work and dedication. Wing Stop, you have one great team at this store! They should definitely be rewarded for being On Top of their game. Future customer, be patient, they are really trying their best.Y’all F’in Rock! It was 8:30pm when I ordered through DoorDash, and we arrived at the store at 8:40. The cashiers had a terrible attitude, there were orders ready everywhere but no order was for any of us who were inside. The place was super full, literally. They began to take note of our names to make our orders, at the last time I canceled my order and now it turns out that I was left without my order because of the bad organization of the restaurant and the terrible service of DoorDash. 10:00pm I arrived at my house. I waited more than an hour at the restaurant so that they would hardly want to place my order. Horrible!!!!

Today I placed an online order for 50 wings and only 30 wings arrived. I drove to the establishment to make a claim. Inside the place there were about 15 angry people waiting for their order. I decided to go home, I couldn't wait another hour and a half for the 20 wings I needed. They have a big problem with the service. They owe me 20 wings, I paid 70 dollars. I tried to call but they don't answer the phone.

If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. We rarely order from here precisely because they take forever to make our order. Today I placed an order on Doordash, one driver waited 45 min before canceling and giving to another driver who waited almost an hour before he texted me to cancel the order. It's ridiculous to have to wait almost 2 hours for our food and waste our time because now we don't have dinner and have to figure something else out.

Greeaaatttttt wings (Hawaiian & Garlic Parmesan) + perfect seasoned fries. The ranch sauce was delicious & my drink choice: Sweet Tea hit the spot. Definitely a fulfilling meal and 10/10. My husband and I enjoyed - he ate the tenders with cheese fries and had different flavored drink.

*Late Review* About a month ago, on a Friday evening, my husband used the Wingstop App to place an order. We received a confirmation email & his credit card was charged $30.29. When I arrived to the store I was told they did not have the order at this store. I showed the cashier and 2 managers the email that listed the store's address as well as the credit card charge. Despite this evidence we were told the order didn't come through on their end so they couldn't make our order nor process a refund and was advised to call the credit card company to have them reverse the charge.Since this was not a case of fraud, the credit card company suggested we contact the merchant's customer service & request a refund. We could not locate a corporate customer service number & tried calling the store for a good number but did not receive an answer.We went back to the store the following Monday and were fortunate enough to receive GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Manager ALEXIS. She listened to us, reviewed the confirmstion email & credit card charge, located the order, apologized & provided a refund.The first two managers remained professional throughout my frustration but definitely could use more training with operating Wingstop's ordering system & customer satisfaction.

Sorry establishment: I ordered door dash tonight and they let someone else get my order. that’s exactly why robots are taking their jobs and they should. No one takes pride in their work including management. Good service starts from the top.

I was given the wrong order after a 35 min wait. No apology. Rude service. And made it seem as if it was my fault for taking it. While waiting to have my order replaced, the manager yelled at me because I didn’t know what time I placed my online order, yelled at the workers for giving the wrong order in front of the entire store and refused service to a couple walking in to place an order 30 minutes before closing. Horrible service! Do better!

i ordered my food before 8:30 and it’s currently 10:10 and my food still haven’t arrived, I checked my email and phone number and no response! . I called the place over 10 times and went straight to voicemail!!! , DO NOT EVER DELIVER!
