I transferred a prescription and it was handled professionally and they were very friendly and helpful. It was also very quick.

This pharmacy location in Lantana is terrible. My entire community is shocked at what horrible service they provide. Now they no longer have the option to call and speak with someone. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to get back to you. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in all my years of having prescriptions filled. Shame on you CVS.

Very slow pharmacy. They need additional staff to make it run efficiently the drive through line shouldn't take 5-10 min per car

This location is horrible. They have had my husbands perscription for days and been unable to get it filled. I call and they tell me it's ready. I wait in the line for 30+ minutes and they tell me it's out of stock when I get to the front. I go home call again the next day they tell me it will be ready In 30 It just came in stock. I go up again several hours later and wait in an 20 minute line and then they tell me they don't have it ready And ask me to move so they can help the person behind me. I drive around the building to get in another 30 min line. This is not the 1st time this has happened and we are done. This location needs new management.

Really?! Why offer the service of a Minute Clinic and or the option to book appointments in advance if you don't have the resources to accommodate.

So far the absolute WORST pharmacy experience I've ever experienced. I'm not a high maintenance patient either. I tried to re-order my prescription online - never got a communication other than saying they were working on it. I checked back 2 other times and received the same info. Then I comes time my prescription is due to take and I am told at that point I had to get a new prescription. So had my doc send over another. Since then, they've sent four text messages telling me it was ready and it's not-it's on back order. Maybe not their fault, but the way they're handling it TOTALLY is. I actually spoke to the pharmacy manager AT THE WINDOW and she is absolutely horrible in that all she wanted me to do was to quit asking questions -even polite ones. She did not care to even help me understand their system, or what to do in the future to avoid interruption of my medication. I was polite the entire time- She just wanted me to go away! I actually used this as an example for my kids to explain to them how NOT to act in a job when they are older!! It's a sad day when no one cares about their customer or answering simple questions!!!

This pharmacy is the slowest and most disorganized location. The pharmacist is rude, medication is never ran through correct insurance and it’s just a shame that Lantana can’t get a better crew together for this location.I will not use this store for anything further.

Come on cvs, get it together. All notifications set in the app and notifications are rare. Sometimes it's voice mail, some times it's text, but most the time NEVER, and not in ur portal!%#(. Relationships are built on trust, I don't trust you!And today they could not even figure out what they were doing. Checkout was awful and I didn't even get all meds they were supposed to give me. Another total fail! Keep up the great job.

They took the time to fill my 80 yr old Dad's meds that he needed immediately! They are understaffed and do care to help the best they can! We are grateful! Thank you!!!!

Went for a 3pm Covid test scheduled 1 week earlier. Follow all instructions from emails and texts and arrive 10 min early. Email and text that one here. Signs say wait in car to be called. 3:10 I call the 800 # and instructed to sign in at kiosk. There isn't one. Then Instructed to go inside. The lady sends me back to my car and gives me a different # to call. I call ms grumpy pants who tells me I need to reschedule Regardless of the fact that I was there 10 minutes early and have been waiting 30 minutes and 100% followed all the instructions I was given. Never again
