Had a great experience when I took my kids for vaccine. The practitioner is very professional, shared all the information on the vaccines. Will visit again for sure.

They only want your money. Doesn't matter what price you hear when you call in, they'll make up a new higher price once you show up.

Nurse that did out covid test was terribly rude. There is no reason to be that unprofessional. Basically yelling at us. I couldn't believe her behavior., she acted like a child. We will never come back here again. I don't want to even give her 1 star.

They don't care about actually helping you. I showed up with my 1 year old just wanting someone to look in his ears and check for an ear infection. But since he has parkland medicaid they wouldn't. I even tried to do self pay, but they wouldn't accept it. Now I have to take my baby to a nasty crowded ER

Negative experience here twice. So disappointed with demeanor of doctor. Today we left before we even checked in because of how we were talked to when we arrived. The website says this clinic opens at 8:30 however they do not. We were told a team meeting happens before they open and we would be waiting until 9. Just go to the location in target on 2499. Doctors are much kinder and treatment plans have been so much better.

I have a 10:04 scheduled appt and they didnt take me in until 11:33.My name dropped from first to the bottom of the list right before my eyes. The lady nurse said that the computer took my name down and have to see other patients before me.

If this is what all CVS Minute Clinics are like, this will be our first and last time to use it. The individual that we saw did not know how to accurately work the computer system, cannot seem to do anything unless the computer tells her to do it. She was literally making up her own diagnostic tests because the computer didn't tell her how to do it. Beyond ridiculous! And don't let the name fool you, it should be called the Hour Clinic.

The web site says $89 to $99 for an ear wax removal, but when visting for service the person in charge said the web site is wrong. It's $130 with no guarantee. If necessary a second flushing would be another $130. As far as I am concerned this is false advertising and they should change their web site or live up to the pricing! Second bad experience at this location!
