Went there for some advice. There were two people there . We got a young man, and he tried to help, but the other person didn't want to help or give advice. The bad told us to go to auto zone. So I was unsuccessful next tume I'll just go somewhere.

Stopped by to replace a failing battery for my truck, once entering the store I was greeted by a hardworking crew that did not disappoint. The price they gave me for a redtop optima battery was one of the lowest in Laredo I might add. Plus to top it off they offered free installation. Can't beat that nowadays. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts

3-25-2022I would take the time to check what you ordered. Otherwise, you will spend more than you bargain for. Been chasing a brake issue since November 2021, and its now March 2022. Only after getting a second opinion, ended up with the same part for the same side. If this is what caused the issue in the first place. This store would have costed me more than double the cost of parts and labor for a drastic mistake. Check and fight to make sure it is right.Update 3-28-2022Correct part replaced by Second Mechanic. Brakes fully operating. Careful with their policy, they might not help you until enough time to pass. Make sure part is correct.Update 8-16-2022After a long time attempting to get receipts asked for. It has been a failure. Best to either be a mechanic or worked in similar field to shop in this store for any useful help. At least I understand why the mechanic asked to get parts from autozone. Probably less issues. Hard to say, have yet to recover from such a waste of money. Good luck everyone.
