Mystery shopper review:
Female employee was laughing with someone out of uniform behind the counter. I asked for the diagnostic machine but i was immediately told it had stopped working. They didn’t ask what was wrong with my vehicle or offer any autoparts.

The staff in this establishment are very rude and not helpful at all the manager never has time to attend you personally and apparently no one knows the schedules because when you ask when the manager is going to be there they all tell you something different it's a big conspiracy LOL
