I’m extremely grateful to Juan Carranza, Store Manager at McPherson Branch. I explained the situation of my truck battery, and he right away knew what the issue was. Not only did he help me with my Aux Battery, but also with my right-side headlight, he saved me a high amount of money for something that I had been struggling to fix for months. No one else was able to help me fix this issue. He literally saved me! I’m beyond satisfied with this great service experience. I definitely recommend this branch and most surely be going back in the future. If I could give 100 stars, I most definitely would!!!
