I’m sure the 5 star reviews are fake. Either family members or friends. It’s a nice shop and lobby but incompetent techs/mechanics/ management. I’m not hating on the establishment I just don’t want people don’t get taken advantage of, thank you for nothing AT&L.

We had to take my vehicle several times for the same check engine issue due to a knock sensor.. First, time I left vehicle at shop waited few hours was told it was ready with check engine light ON.. advised the tech and stated they forgot to remove it with diagnostic machine tool that shop utilizes. Once, tech showed up again with my vehicle letting me know it was clear as I was leaving shop check engine appeared again. Turned back to shop the Tech/manager advised me that it should remove on its own took their word.. Next day same issue as before even worst my vehicle started vibrating aggressively when I would accelerate.. I took it back to the shop and explained check engine didn’t remove on its own and the new issue.. Got charged a diagnostic just to see what my issue was again advising me that there’s another knock sensor that needs to get replaced. Left vehicle again at the shop was advised vehicle was ready for pick up that same day. I picked up vehicle as I was approx. mile away from shop check engine turns ON again and with same new issue. I should have read the reviews very expensive especially for just getting more issues. I really wanted to give this shop a try but never again. Don't even think of visiting this shop for an oil change. This shop is a scam. I went there to repair my car for a problem came out with more issues.. They billed me $452.18. Beware..

Horrible service! With inferior staff with weird innuendos. Like if u have something to say , say it, but guess not. Anyways these ppl wanted to over charge me 1000 dollars , when a local mechanic did it for $80!!!!!!
Unless u like spending extra money I would not recommend. Very grateful for the honest mechanic who helped us instead of these scam artist, con artist. If u would like honest mechanic number feel free to ask me , highly recommend!
Ppl like this will get their karma sooner than later, with their lies.

Great customer service. Brought a drive shaft in and had them change all the you joints and slip yoke. They did it immediately and was in and out in ten minutes. Definitely give them a try. They did not even charge me for their time. Said it only took him a couple minutes. I highly reccomend them.

My husband and I have classic cars and ALL TUNE does very good work but get the inspection done first so they can give you an estimate because they do stick with the prices they give you and sometimes is a little less. They will tell you whats wrong with your car and once you agree they won't quit until your car is running like it is supposed to and they do stand by their warranties... They will get your CAR DONE RIGHT but be prepared $$. Fixing cars is not cheap anymore.

Great team at All Tune and Lube! They replaced the oil cooler on my vehicle, installed new brake pads, even took the time to clean the skip plate up, and all for a better price than I found anywhere else in Laredo. Thank you!
