I had the worse costumer service experience, the time that took to deliver the product was 3 months, that only because I called 3 times, they cancelled my order with no explanation, wanted to sell me the gas at higher price, promised to be here within 24 hrs, (serviced arrived in 4 days instead) I paid for 54 gallons and they delivered approximately 45. THE WORSE!!!!!!!!!!

At the beginning I gave them a 5 star, install was painless and technician was very helpful. The yard was real close to my house, but they end up closing now the closest yard is 2hrs away. I started placing my orders online so I wouldn't get the call in charge. Eventually the company went online only(if you call you will be sent to a call center probably overseas). Out of my 9 or 10 orders only 2 or 3 times they delivered in the estimated time frame, the other times I had to call to request the delivery again. I end up switching to Pico and I noticed the price per Gallon is 2 dollars less so yeah hands down best switch ever.
