“I have been living at Quail Creek Apartments in Laredo, Texas for almost three years and to be honest it has been a wonderful experience. The property manager, sadly I forgot her name, is a very sophisticated and down-to-earth person. She is aware of everything that is happening on the property, and she trains her staff well regarding issues that will influence the tenant’s quality of life.
Jackie and Kimberly are normally in the rental office to help tenants with any issues they might have. These ladies are extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about everything including the amenities at Quail Creek Apartments. Since the summer of 2024, things have been challenging for me due to getting injured at work, and having to fill out, scan, and email a lot of paperwork to Worker's Compensation. I was not too stressed about getting the paperwork out because Quail Creek Apartments offers each tenant access to a state-of-the-art Business Center that can be used during normal business hours. I am constantly printing and scanning documents at the Business Center, and sometimes the staff makes popcorn for tenants to eat while using the computers or watching TV while at the Business Center.
Finally, the maintenance staff are responsive and friendly. They quickly address maintenance requests, and one of them always thanks me for my service due to my veteran plates. There are some minor issues with roaches. The first two years that lived here I did not see any bugs in my apartment, but now I have seen a couple of roaches here and there since the start of 2025. The good thing is that the exterminator fumigates my apartment every week. Like I previously mentioned, the property manager and her staff will do their best to fix any issues that affect the tenant’s quality of life. You just must let them know about the problem with the apartment and they will correct/fix it.
Bottom-line, Quail Creek Apartments is a wonderful place to live especially for people like me who transferred to Laredo, Texas because they work for the U.S. Government. The property is quiet, safe, and offers a lot of amenities.”
