We changed providers because of a promotion they had. I’ve never experienced these many issues before and regret changing. I was having problems with messages and ended up with no service. It was working ok before AT&T tried to trouble shoot it. They told me to go to the store but the person who tried to help me had no customer service skills and did not resolve anything other than telling me to buy a new phone.

Always a great experience at AT&T and appreciate the customer service. Clarissa our sales representative was able to walk us through all their new products and services in a very detailed way. Especially appreciate the promotions that are extending to existing customers. I’ve had AT&T service for about 10 years and not changing it anytime soon!

I have had a horrible experience with ATT. Specially at this location. They always have an attitude and take forever to help you. That is one of the main reasons I recently changed providers. I would not recommend going to this location. They need to be trained on costumer service. ATT has gone downhill for sure.

Workers are not knowledgeable in what services they can offer. I bought a phone today and they were not going to provide me with a receipt or a bag for purchased items. I asked them to not deactivate current phone since new phone was for my husband and he was at work. They said no problem his phone would still work until I started new phone process. WRONG!!! My husband was several hours without a phone and these employees caused several issues and ruined my anniversary surprise. I called store phone number several times and it goes straight to voicemail.
