The restocking fee is ridiculous. Haven't even left the store or taken the phone out of the store and I wanted to change the color of the phone and they applied a $55 restocking fee. That is ridiculous.

Not customer-oriented, especially for the elderly. My grandparents showed up to the store to get assistance with their new lines, but the representative did not have the compassion to assist them with making sure their contacts were synced to their phones. Customer service entails having patience for all ages and being of service and this place did not have that for the elderly.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I walked in and I already see an elderly employee helping someone while someone is sitting down. I continued my way in and looked at the phone. No one greeted me or anything. Then I noticed the guy sitting down was an employee!!! I had to ask to make sure because he never said anything to me. Apparently, he works there but oh man, he does NOT know anything! He couldn't tell me the difference between galaxy s24 ultra and s24 plus. He couldn't answer any questions. I was willing to get another phone but he was so clueless that I thanked him and walked out. I didn't want to waste a $1 dollar in that store. I think his name was Ruben or something with an R. That store lost a sell. So unprofessional and seem what rude for not even acknowledging a customer. Never again in that store.

Robert has the best customer service here at South Laredo location. Beautiful personality and goes out of his way to connect and help with customers! Definitely needs a good raise! Ask for this guy when shopping for good deals! He is asset to his organization!

Beware!!!!!! The young rep gave me attitude because he wanted to run my credit before giving me any kind of information about tablets for my child, and when I told him no, he gave me more attitude. I was in that store no longer than 15 minutes before I walked out.
