I went to the store and purchased a new iPhone 16 Pro, I was never advised if I financed it I could get $350 rebate on my old phone. I feel very deceived and I found out of the rebate because another employee told me today when I went in to the store for help setting up my new phone. When I was assisted by Brenda yesterday, she never mention anything about the rebate, and I felt pressured in picking out my new phone because all were anxious to leave. I got there at 7:15 and I didn't get assistance until 1/2 hour later. I was asked to leave the store the previous day after I paid for the phone and told come to back the next day. I have never been treated like this ever. It's very sad there is no honesty and customer service in AT&T stores.

I went to the store n Ms gaycha help me a lot with all my questions I was very satisfied I didn’t last more than 15 mins and came out with my phone connected 100% recommend her service n professional

You walk in the store and aren’t greeted at all… yes, everyone seemed busy but it takes seconds to acknowledge a client walking in, etc. I greeted them and asked if there was a “sign in “sheet and finally got on the waiting list. The wait time is ridiculous! A alarm went off for about 20 mins on one of the phones that a kid played with… I asked the nearest employee if they could please shut off the alarm and if they required a code. He said,”Yes, we need to input a code”. I replied,”Do you guys not have the code?” He said,”Yes, we do but are busy!” Really?! It takes seconds to shut the alarm off… multi-task is allowed and the way he answered me was not professional nor displayed good customer service at all.

Super bad service. Was the first customer in the store. They started helping me. Then they left me at the start of the process to go help another customer they ended up helping two other customers n hadn’t come back to help me. So I left the store n went too another store
