This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I live in Houston and this is not my usual AT&T location, so I know that this is not a fault with company performance. The main issue was not that there was a problem with my upgrade, but that way that the lady was communicating with me. Absolutely no one should be spoken to in the tone that I received, whether in a customer service setting or just out on the street. The lady was extremely condescending towards me when I would ask her to answer very simple questions that any other AT&T rep would’ve answered in a kind tone. I DO NOT recommend visiting this location if you want to be treated with human decency, if I could give 0 stars I would!

I had a frustrating experience with Pete at AT&T. Despite seeking assistance, he was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. His lack of attentiveness and failure to provide adequate solutions left me feeling dissatisfied with the service. I hope AT&T improves its customer support to ensure better experiences for its clients.

The lady you have working there is Terrible!! This is at the North Mcpherson location across the street from Dr.'s Hospital. I think her name is Nelda-Hilda-Elda or something like that. I went in to purchase a phone on December 22,2023. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my wife. This lady verified my account then asked what phone number I needed to replace the cell phone or get an upgrade. When she brought up the account she said oh It's an iPhone 11, then she proceeded to give me pricing on other iPhones including the regular iPhone 15 to which she stated, that if I was doing an Upgrade It would be an even exchange because AT&T would give me $830 for my iPhone 11 providing that it did not have any damage. I told her well say no more, it's a No Brainer that it would be my best option as to not incur further charges on a phone except me paying for the taxes on the phone and my monthly service. She only explained that I needed to turn in my wife's phone after "We" did the on screen prompting to transfer all the information over and I was allowed a Month to turn it in, I told her no worries I will turn it in next week-after Christmas. Well my wife and I show up on December 28, 2023 to turn it in and to buy some accessories for her new phone. Now she tells me that on our Iphone 11 AT&T only offers $350.00 and that I would have to pay the rest in my billing cycles. I told her NO! That's not what you STATED, you told me that it would be an even exchange. She then tries to pull a fast one and ask's "Did I see her phone?' I was like NO you never said you had to see you only told me I had 30 days to turn it in. She now changes her line and say's no I didn't know it was an 11 I told you it was $830 trade in for an iPhone 12 and up. I told her Don't Lie because when you Puilled up my account you yourself said it was an iPhone 11 because I had told you I wasn't sure which one it was. Then she say's she didn't couldn't tell me that because she knows better. I told her she needed to come through with what she had told me, then she said she did not have authorization to give me such a Credit for the iPhone 11 to which I told her to call or get someone who did. After around 10 minutes or so she comes back and gives me the Store Managers phone number on a post it note and says. You can call him and see what he tells you, I was still adamant about taking care of my end of the deal and buying the accessories we needed for my wifes new phone. I told her look it's already bad enough that a few months back I had to purchase a new phone because of you. I reminded her that I had gone in a few months back because I was having issues with my iPhone 12 back then and she did not have the knowledge to fix it. Only after she had sold my an iPhone 14 pro max did a co-worker of hers' took a look at my phone and fixed it, all along it was just a setting that was messed up. If she would've known that simple fix I told her I wouldn't have had to buy a phone back then either. I told her it was clear that she was incompetent at her job and questioned her position there. To what she boasted that she had been there 27 years. Then she tells me "Well then just return the phone". Really? The Audacity of her telling me to return my wife's Christmas Gift. I am still waiting for someone to fix this terrible issue. Not Let this Lady even attempt to sell you anything - RUN!!

If I could have selected no stars I would have. I ordered a phone online so I could pick up during my lunch hour. Turns out there was a “glitch” in the system, my phone was ready but their pick up system had this “glitch” so I wasted time because the process needed to be done as if I was a walk in. After all this time I asked for them to at least waive the fee associated with a new device but was told only a manager could and one would be in contact with me. Well this manager, Danny Garay never bothered to call me. Mr Garay is apparently a manager that doesn’t care about customer service or customers period. If you’re looking for an ATT store for a purchase or support, DO NOT go to one where Mr Garay is the manager. You will be disappointed.Update: Mr Garay finally called after 5 days and was extremely rude on the phone. In an effort to “shut me up” he will be giving a credit, which was not the point. The point was to get an apology for the time wasted from a “manager”. When I told him it didn’t sound like a policy he proceeded to try to argue with me said he was going to credit the fee then hung up.
