“I had an unfortunate experience when my car got soaked in an unexpected hailstorm, leaving my seats wet. After a long drive, I left my car doors open to dry them in the Laredo heat, only to have a tomcat urinate in my car. It was unbearable! Fortunately, Kustom Kar Wash came to the rescue with their friendly and professional service. From the moment I contacted them to when they delivered my vehicle, the service was gentlemanly and top-notch. I'll definitely be returning for tinting of the front windows and the windshield eyebrow. Thank you, Kustom Kar Wash, for saving the day!”
“Incredible, for 1 usd they give you 3 minutes of pressurized water. It is used for emergencies if the car is muddy or something like that.
There are people who offer to clean the inside of your car.
It's 24/7
I want one like this in mty”
“I don't like anybody touching my truck. Because I hate people even looking at it. But I took a chance and allowed them to wash and wax it. The best wash, wax and interior cleaning ever. I'm very picky. My 2020 GMC looks brand new again. I applaud you all. You took great care of me and my truck. Well worth the money. Congratulations South Texas Car Wash. You are my new car wash establishment.”

“Edit: the vehicle was taken back and everything was redone. The vehicle is flawless and all of the details were certainly detailed. At the end of the day I think it was just came down to miscommunication and expectations. I partially take responsibility for that, but in the end everything was handled professionally and taken care of.”
