“Last year our Pathfinder overheated because they failed to replace the coolant when they suggested a Coolant Service during an oil change.
Now 24 hrs after an oil change ALL the oil is leaking out.
Nissan Consumer Affairs is no help. They will only connect me with the dealership but do not guarantee that anyone will answer and won't guarantee that I will be reimbursed if I take the car to another mechanic to fix what they did!

Alex Mejia, the Asst Svc Mgr stepped up and handled the whole situation. I'm still not satisfied with the company as a whole, but he did step up.

“Fast and attentive service. The only thing i didn't like is that each employee seems to set their own price for any service you get. For instance when I arrived i asked one of the guys whats the fee to fix a flat tire. The first guy gave me a fee and then another guy who actually fixed the tire charged me $3 less.”

“Top gun is one of the most premier shops in south Texas hell id say all of texas... The owner, Jorge, is very knowledgeable and would help you get on track where you need to be performance wise and recommend anything that is needed for future upgrades, as to saying performance upgrades very humble down to earth the owner and staff makes you feel at home with the great clean work and from being out of town living in Chicago I would 1000% recommend this shop to any one for quality work,tuning,and parts with that being said if you don't go to top gun you would be a crazy person to pass them up as a no.1 option for tuning or any performance upgrades”
