I had the worst experience in the store by Guadalupe and to make it worse it was from the store manager!! I was in the queuing line just to do a return when a customer just goes to the register and pay! I told him that i have been waiting in line and his response was this was a purchase and was paying in cash! I told him well i did a purchase as well and paid cash! The manager told me to respect his customers and his store, like if im not a customer! I ask for his cooperate number and he told me to google it!! Wow customer service at its best! At the end he apologized but to late for that! Never going to this store again! Going to another and will ask for the DM

The manager was too busy fixing the displays when he had customer waiting, not even a " I'll be with you!". He was more worried about the store looking good rather than giving great customer service!

My bumper fell off I arrived and was greeted well, Art was very friendly and helpful and I was able to get it fixed. I’m very thankful because the weather was not too good it was raining, but he still helped me. It looks better than it was. I would highly recommend for any car troubles.
