I wish the had the option to not highlight any stars. I went to this store on Dec. 10 for the $4.95 sale. My daughter and I TOOK OUR TIME to go to the store and find the products we wanted. When we were about to pay, my daughter realizes she does not have her coupons, but stood by me while I paid. She was going to wait at the store while I would go home to get her coupons. However, as we explained to the cashier, she said SHE (the cashier) COULD HOLD HER BASKET so we could both go. I asked her about 4 times, "ARE YOU SURE? Because the fragrance that I have is no longer available", and she responded YES ALL THE TIMES! So, my daughter and I trusted and went home. It took us about 30 minutes to go back. My daughter got off alone (she's 17), and I had told her to get in line to pay. As I call her for an update, she proceeds to tell me that the cashier told her her basket WAS GONE because THE MANAGER HAD PUT ALL THE ITEMS BACK since they couldn't hold products. So, I walk inside the store and ask for the manager and they directed me to this young lady. She continues to tell me that THEY CANNOT HOLD THINGS, but I replied what HER CASHIER had told me. SHE ASSURED me that SHE was going to hold my daughter's items even after I had told her my daughter was willing to stay at the store with her basket and insisted a lot of times. All that manager said was to come back to the store at a future date and she would honor to exchange the fragrance to the correct one. Like really? We just wasted our time. Then, because of the situation we didn't even hand our coupons at checkout. I went back today 12/14 and again, the fragrance was not available and that they could not honor the coupon. This is what happens when they put young people to manage this store since here's a good example of the miscommunication between management to employees and vice versa.

I went to exchange a wallflower fragrance that broke. I didn't want a refund, I wanted a replacement. They told me no because it wasn't gently used. Not sure what gently used means if I only used it to screw on wallflower fragrances on and off. The return policy:At Bath & Body Works, we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return products purchased from us that are in new, gently used or defective condition (due to materials or craftsmanship) for a refund subject to the terms of the Return Policy.I'm pretty sure mine falls under the defective condition part though.

I had no original receipt and was told that I could not get a refund without it. I told them that I paid with a credit card and the answer was still no. The two clerks were not helpful and they were rude. I found out at another store that my original receipt can be located by my credit card. I was able to get a full refund with this feature. The second store informed me that any of the locations can look up a receipt with the credit card.

Pray that the power doesn't go out when you're paying because they don't know how to handle the situation, that happened to me, when I had my debit card being processed the power went out and they took me out of the store in a rush manner whitout asking me for my information for further update (i had to propose it) and without giving me the items i was about to purchase saying that they had to check their system, then they call me later saying the transaction didn't go through when the next day it did appear in my bank account, the store manager sent me to the customer service phone line but they didn't help me either, they recommended me to make a dispute with my bank who's s asking me for a proof of evidence which I don't have because the store didn't give me anything, just a total nightmare, terrible customer service when it wasn't my fault, not even an apologize to me for all the time i'm spending trying to get my money back, shame on you

I ask one of the workers how long it takes for curbside to be done and she respond 4-6 hours, she ask me if I did a curbside order I respond yes 30min ago and she respond that it was going to be a long wait, so I left an as soonest I was driving to target I receive a notification my order was ready ?♀️, by the way I did a curbside order because there was a deal online only.

The customer service is great, the only thing that made me hesitant when asking for help was that almost all the workers would be in a spot talking amongst one another. When one went away from the group that's when almost every customer would ask for help so I had to wait, but my purchase was great and I really think the Hot Cocoa and Cream is truly a God-given candle.
