Inside bank teller wasn't any help I tried to cash a paycheck took my ID and social security card and she said that they couldn't cash it with those forms of ID when I've cashed it with those forms of ID before. I was going to open an account there but no thanks. This was on July 26 around 4:30 p.m.

Terrible experience! No empathy for their customers!I Spoke to Sandra Paz branch manager in the phone I only called to speak to someone on regards to some overdraft fees and I asked if I could be refunded any of them because of hardship that I had been experiencing and she was rude and was very rough just telling me that it wasn’t a bank error so she would only refund one but that’s it and I asked if she could transfer me to the 1800 number and she just said she wouldn’t do that that if I wanted to do that to do it by myself so I still kept collected and agree to called the 1800 number myself but by all means very bad service and no customer service. I have had this account for a long time and definitely looking to switch to another bank aside from their lack of professionalism their atm never works and the lines take for ever.

ATM is always malfunctioning. Never takes check deposits.

You can't use the drive thru if you don't have an account. This is the only bank I've ever experienced that has this policy.
