Absolutely disappointed with PNC Claudia Quiroz gave me terrible customer service from the beginning without any provocation on my behalf and once I left she had the audacity to sarcastically say “thank you”. When I didn’t respond to that (obviously why would I after the rude service) she sarcastically yelled “have a nice day!” then uttered something under her breath. Not to mention she also allowed 3 people who came in long after me to pass me in line because they knew each other. Absolutely unprofessional behavior at this bank, if I could give 0 stars I would.
