OMG! This bank is terrible. I went through the drive-thru the Commercial Lane to get only $30.00 of quarters. People know that the Commercial Lane takes very long. Anyway the teller had already finished with the customer because I saw when she received her receipt and the box door stayed open. I lowered my window. OMG, I could hear them chatting away. I understand the teller has to be nice but not that way. The line kepted on getting long. Finally the lady in the car in front of me left. When it was my turn. I told the teller that he has customers and he is chatting and laughing. He told me that some customers are that way and want to be chatting . Ok but You as a PROFESSIONAL you set the line. Be nice and find a way to cut it short. The teller tried to blame the customer. No, its the Tellers fault. You are in control. The reason I am so upset is because the day before I went to the same bank and I waited almost 45 minutes and the truck that was in the Commercial Lane never moved and there was still another car in front of me. So I decided to go the next day which is today and for what. To be in line waiting and waiting and waiting because the TELLER was chit-chat. Makes me wonder why the truck from the day before never moved. What a terrible bank.

I went to go open an account and I waited in line and once I got to the teller they told me to sign a piece of paper and one of the people who open the accounts would be with me. I signed and waited and waited. The 2 ladies that saw me sign the paper completely ignored me and kept talking to what looked like to be some friends of theirs and didnt even bother to acknowledge me. I got up and scratched my name out and left. I will not be banking with a bank that thinks so little of their clients, I will take my business elsewhere.
