Worst banking experience ever. I honestly represented myself in flesh to get my money out of my account. I provided much more than I had to and I still could not get an answer as to why I could not get my money out! I am past this experience. It’s by far the worst one in my life. A guy by the name of Reyes tried to help but only made things worse. He emphasized all I need to open an account is a Id. When in reality you need a ss#. So UNPROFESSIONAL. Thanks for making this the most impact event of my day.
