Rooms are clean and nice. Do not use any machines in the laundry room they will take your money and not return it and not operate. I let the front desk know the dryer took my money, and it did not work, and it would not return my money. The response was sorry about that. I reported it to the new person who took over the shift and she was kind enough to refund my money.
Rooms: The room was clean.
Safety: Night time security guard on duty.

For fellow locals going shopping, I highly recommend this hotel. It's very well located and has excellent facilities. I found the service and breakfast to be quite good. It's worth a stay here.

Clean hotel, great night staff, excellent location, clean, organized and kept looking new. Well lit parking lot, elevators are located somewhat out of the way but that's a very minor detail. Very comfortable bad, room smells clean.

The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because its pillows are more like a pillow split in half, they are small and you have 4 per double bed so there are 2 and 2 and if you half try to put them together it becomes “a normal pillow” so it is kind of strange to figure out how to sleep, apart from that, very good hotel, excellent location, and for the price it is worth it.
