This was the most disappointing experience of car shopping. We arrived at the dealership and not a representative in sight. We are looking at the Palisade and they are nice looking but we wanted to test drive. After 20 minutes of looking at them. A woman representative yells from across the parking lot if anyone is helping us. I said No but we do need help. She proceeds to ask me what we are doing there. (kinda obvious why we are there). I tell her we are looking for a new vehicle. She asks me "How much down do you have?". This is when I knew the customer service was not going to be good. Her phone rings and she answers her phone. She then tells us to come inside with her cause she has a few things to take care of inside. Once inside, she sits us at her desk and disappears for about a while. We are looking around and can't seem to see her. She finally appears and goes into Google and searches up their inventory ( I had already done that before even stopping at the dealership). We asked what the difference was between models and she said it was just the rims change. We tell her we want to test drive. She showed us a Palisade with cream-colored seats and we explained that would not work for us because we have two small children. (she would have known if she had paid attention and asked more questions besides our down payment) She clicked her teeth and made a horrible face gesture at the fact that we had children. We finally selected two palisades to test drive. She goes and gets the keys and gets the vehicle around to test drive. This is where bad goes to worse. During our test drive, I ask for honesty and clarity. What did she think the numbers were going to be for the Palisade? She started telling us that it was not going to happen and that we needed to do various things such as buy a smaller vehicle and come trade later on due to our credit score. She goes on to explain about upside down and a bunch of other financial information (I am a finance student about to graduate so I knew the information). She explained it most condescending way. At this point, my husband and I have drawn away from the whole process. She proceeds to say in Spanish "Doubt you're going to pay $1,000 a month?" That was it for me. I was ready to get out of the SUV. She then gets on her phone texting and she cusses out loud about something in the group chat she was looking at. (unprofessional). I pull to the front of the dealership and begin to get out when she tells me to park the Palisade with the other or they are going to ask her to move it later. I park the Palisade where instructed and she says to wait while she gets her card. I follow her inside but she doesn't see that I am behind her. The girl at the front desk asks her how it went and she throws her hands in signaling it was not a sell. I was like wow you expected to sell with that horrible customer service(in my head). She gave me her card and told me she wanted to get me in a vehicle and if I wanted to test drive a smaller vehicle. I stated no and let her know why we were looking for a vehicle in the first (car wreck-total loss of my vehicle) and let her know that we would be heading to Ancira VW next. her reply was but they won't give you free oil changes with your purchase. Horrible customer service. (Representative Beverline Garza) -We drove off the Ancira VW lot with the vehicle we fell in love with and the customer service was amazing. Not once did we hear the word no or feel belittled as we did at Hyundai.

please stay away, truth is something that really needs to be taught at this place. i was lied to by several employees. as a rule i do not slam people or business but i was really lied to and caught them dead in their tracks.

First time buyer at CKH and I was truly amazed at how easy and streamlined the process was. I drove 2.5 hours to buy the car I wanted and it was worth the drive. I arrived late and they had no issues waiting past closing time to make the deal happen. The added perk was the free delivery and the 55' Smart TV. Shout out to my sales person Alejandro! Follow ups after the sale were a nice touch to ensure I was happy and had all I needed post delivery of my car. I will definitely send business your way in the future.

Excellent and friendly customer service, snacks available, watched the game in big screen while we waited for paperwork, affordable prices and the best salesperson in Laredo. Homero Flores even drove the car to our home to show it to our Son who was the buyer. Highly recommended

Great customer experience, best prices in town! Salesperson Alex went above and beyond during the sales process. Mangers understood my issues and concerns, and made it possible for me to get a great deal. Buying a car at Charlie Clark Hyundai was the best decision we made, no need to go out of town for a great car deal anymore. Definitely spreading the great experience we had at Charile Clark's to my family, friends and co-works. And definitely going back as a loyal customer. Thank you Mr. Clark for putting a great sales team together, we needed something like this in my home town, Laredo TX.

We stopped doing business with local car dealerships years ago because it has always been a terrible experience. Always… until this week when we decided to give Charlie Clark Hyundai Laredo “a chance”. I’m so glad we did!!! The service was amazing! We qualified and got an exact answer regarding total/monthly payments and finance charges (etc.) so fast, we honestly thought we were on candid camera… just waiting for the ball to drop. But, nope! Everything was exactly as they told us (with a few extra little gifts and bonuses, actually!) We’ve never before bought a new car, hassle and haggle free, in about 30 minutes! Thank you for everything. Beyond satisfied customers!

Amazing Customer service offered by the manager Tony and Joe from the financial department. My Car salesman Homer was great and explained the process and helped me get a GREAT deal on my car! definitely would recommend and would buy another vehicle from here.

Got a recall from Hyundai in the mail. Called to setup an appointment and no one answered. Left a voicemail and no call back. Called again a week later and again no answer, but this time mail box is full. Called a manager. Manager walked over there and said we will call in 15min to setup appointment. Waited 1 hour and 30min and called the manager again. Manager then walked over there and made them call me. Finally setup an appointment for Monday morning as soon as they open. Said it will take two hours. Mind you Hyundai say it will take less than 1 hour. So brought it in at 810. Waited till 1010 and asked what is the status. Was told 15 min. 15 min goes by and still not done. Asked for the GM about 10 min later finally got to talk to him. After a 5 min conversation. We went to check on it again and it was finally done. I said I didnt want anything. Just improve the service for the people after me.

Highly recommend Charlie Clark Hyundai was just walking around waiting for my vehicle while getting serviced and looking around at inventory asked a couple questioned about some vehicles before I knew it was doing paperwork for a new vehicle the staff was awesome and so patient with me! They helped me get into a new vehicle as they promised and was such a quick and easy process! Antonio was my salesman and answered all my question up to the minute I took off asking about buttons on the vehicle! Overall was such a great experience!

The service side of this dealership is super feeble when it comes to professionalism. I had to go through a whole journey just to get information on my own vehicle status because they forgot about. The front desk worker did her best and did a great job trying to get me through to someone, but ended the same.

worst service in laredo Took about 2 weeks to get a part in COME ON. ORALE. GET TO IT
