Both times I've gone with my kids for their first birthday bear, the employees never made it exciting for my babies and didn't offer the full experience of building the bear. And I shouldn't have to be asking what the process is of the experience they should make it special for the kids because it's their job. If they are not going to go all out to make kids smile, they shouldn't be working there.

Went for a birthday bear and called prior to verify. The manager on duty was the one that helped us and stuffed the bear when we got there and he ended up being the cashier when we payed. Great Guy!

Came in for a birthday bear. My birthday boy was full of smiles and the customer service was great!
