Really disappointed with C.A.D Car Audio Dist. Installed a new car stereo with backup camera and LED lights on February 22nd. The stereo was not installed very well. Had to go back and this is the end result. They used the old wiring for the back up camera. Now one of the LED lights stopped working and they are asking me for the receipt and the box even though the guy says he remembered me. Never again! And you shouldn’t either!

Only good thing is the financing other than that requested 1 brand of alarm got another one intalled without notice till it was done now as I'm working on my suspension took off the wheel wells notice they only put wire lume on the top by where the battery goes "ay nomas por donde mire el cliente " and they ran the wire thru the bottom of the body just drilled it up instead of doing a professional installation and running it thru the panels. This is in a suv idk if it was to save couple of ft of wiring but the amp got installed in the 2nd row where my kids be passing by to sit and the RCA'S are sticking out just waiting to get stepped and broken down inside the amp.. truck has oem rear view camera which was working I had asked if it can stay working with the aftermarket radio which has the option owner told me to talk to the installer that was an extra charge with the installer. Doesn't sound to professional to me. My previous sound system was installed by Jerry in audio visual 2016 Silverado epicenter 4ch amp 4 subs 4k watt amp and Excalibur alarm rear view camera left working from his shop without talking to the installer

Jerry I believe is the owner is pretty down to earth. I went twice before I was convinced to buy based off on the customer service. I am a car audio installer myself so I know what product I needed the fact that he didn’t show me something or tell me something that wasn’t true is what I liked. I will be going back to upgrade my 2 12 inch subs for one 15 inch sundown which he can special order. Thanks Jerry !!!highly recommended especially with progressive leasing.
