“My go to car rental company. service is quick even if a flight just arrived. You just have to wait and that depends on the renter situation if it requires more time. They try their best to get u going. It's a small airport so thank god it's a close distance. They are amazing at opening late or only ones open really. I never see Avis employees there. Except once and the customer was complaining. Definitely pick up when coming to Laredo.”

“I just would've liked for the reservation of the vehicle to be a bit more trusting. I've heard they tend to not have the options listed on the app and well I experienced that. Didn't mind it but was hopeful for what I wanted/selected on the app. Staff is friendly and helpful. In and out.”
