This is a bad place ever my appointmentSaturday 00:00 I checking at 9:pm 3 hours before they tell go park on the street waiting for the phone call never received any response come back at the guard on Sunday, they said come back Monday 11:30 they put in door now 1:00pm still not start loaded yet1: make sure you have 4 loads lockIf not you gonna buy from them2-make sure your trailer is clean3-they gonna go inside the trailer close the door if they see any little light from outside they gonna tell you go fixed itWatch them for your load lock

Will never come back. It's first come first serve. Checked in at 09:00 and at 16:15 I decided to walk up and see what was going on because there was trucks going to doors who showed up 5 hours after me. Make sure you have a vest on. Told to go to the office and was told we have all of your product we will call you when we have a door. I said you've had all my product already before I got here this morning I called and confirmed. Someone messed up and I was over looked. Asked how long it would be and she said I don't know we will call you.

This place is a joke. Had a 6 hour window to pickup a preloaded trailer. Had to leave them my trailer so they could load it. Wasted 9 hours waiting on them. They dont care about drivers time either. Gotta park on the street or at a truck stop.

Drivers, be sure to check your weight! These fagots will load you up haphazardly and beyond the norm. The BOL says 39,000, but in reality it will be 47,500! My weight was total -82.400! Don't believe them and double check your weight. And they will force you to wash the trailer, even if it is clean, and will charge you $40. Also it will take 3-4 hours to load you. Terrible place.
