We just dropped our loaded trailer so let's show this area and we've been stuck here for two plus days because of the wrong paperwork and PO number

Need to pre cool the reefer otherwise they won’t load you, clean trailers, park on the road check in with security then they take pictures and check temperature.
Then park somewhere inside. You will get a phone call then back in.
