Receiving doesn’t start until 9am. Overnight parking is allowed on the street. Got unloaded and departed within an hour. Nice people??

After 3 hrs waiting for pick up, they notify me that this load is still on the border, waiting to cross to USA, Terrible services. Why they do not notifyme when I did the check in???
