Place is not bad. Pick up times are firm, 30mins is the earliest you can check in. Decent loading/unloading time. Call these numbers to check in. Must be at side gate for paperwork.

They do not take you in earlier then your appointment. You can check in 30 minutes before but then still have to wait for a dock door. After u get ur dock they load you pretty quick. I got loaded in 35 min

It took 2 hours or so for my download, even though the guard is very serious if he is courteous and greets you. The people who are in offices and receive your papers are very friendly.
