I would like to speak to owner due to the lack of customer service given.. I believe owner is not aware of the pitty attitude given by manager and others. Phone number not updated on google or anywhere for store. I would not recommend at the moment.

I bought my daughter a dress for her Quince and that was what was told to us that it was a Quinceañera dress and now that I’m a few months away from that date I have had trouble getting a crinolina to fit the dress, long story short the dress is for a prom or evening dress or a black tie formal not for a Quince, I called the place to try and see if the dress could be switched to a Quinceañera dress even if I had to pay extra or my money returned and return the dress because the lady that sold it to us lied on the type of dress it was... Employees are very disrespectful even to say well that’s your problem because u picked it and bought it.... Never again will I ever step foot in there, Very bad service

Beautiful dresses but horrible customer service. I left a deposit of $200 for a dress and yes the receipt says no refunds but we changed our minds about the dress the next day. I called told them my daughter changed her mind and they refused to give me my money back. So I lost $200 and have no dress!!!!!!

BEAUTIFUL dresses with very good prices, my wife and daughter both got there dresses from there, and we could not be happier. I really recommend it we went to several stores in laredo and this one had the best prices/dresses..
