They can never do anything for me at this cricket Location.. simple things such as adding a line to a family plan or just adding a line w my own device. Instead of asking more information about what I’m trying to do and not right away say no we can’t… you have to wait on month to use my own personal device since it was the 3rd time they do this I didn’t even Argue just said thank you and walked out went to cricket at the mall and guess what? I had a new line within 5 min. I don’t usually do reviews but today they finally got to me I just had too

Avoid this store, don't waste your time!
The lady who works there as of 3/31/2020 has ZERO (0) customer service skills. Especially during this corona-virus period.
This branch only allows 2 customers in at a time. We patiently waited for the last person to depart, so my wife & I could enter together. One customer was still in the store and the "Cricket W" lady opened the door to ask another customer in. We explained that we were waiting for the gentleman to finish, so we could enter together. That didn't make a difference to her. She bypassed us and let the customer behind us, since he was by himself. We objected but to not avail.
We left without waiting more time to enter the store. We are glad we did. We found the Cricket Store at the Gucci B plaza (McPherson & Del Mar Blvd.) was very customer friendly and they had ample room in the store for various customers. They even had the floor marked in 6 foot increments to keep customers as safe as possible.
