The worst experience i had at this location i came to make the payment on my mom phone payment , they said that they could not take the payment because its wasn't my account they ask me to bring my mom so that she could make the payment . my mom could barely walk i had to bring my mom down from the car she an 81yr old lady even after i got her to the store they were smerking and even getting my mom mad . i got upset and even told them just to take the payment. I did nof bring my mom so they could get her upset

There is a girl called Denise a moment ago I went to pay for 4 lines there was an iPhone on sale if I'm not mistaken it was the 11th we spent around 2 hours with her and she couldn't solve anything for us people came to pay for her service and she attended to them she left us until the end for nothing I will never pay again in cricket very bad service I don't recommend it

I have visited this location a few times and I was shocked at the Customer service and professionalism! The Manager the lady with red hair not only did not acknowledge me but was extremely unprofessional, Cricket managers appear to have zero qualifications on what it is to be a manager. I will NEVER Visit this location again. I advise you direct your business to a more reputable company that hires people that qualify for the position. This is not my first experience with this store another time was early in the morning I was waiting and store was not opened and was way past opening. Same "Manager" wearing hardly any clothing! Needless to say I did not even feel comfortable walking in this store. So I left! I would do the same if I were you.
