How is it ONLY this location NEVER has Internet or the ability to provide me any kind of customer service. I always end up having to go to another cricket location because they REFUSE to work or take my payment. Even if it's a sale somehow they have a excuse why they cannot service me. Replace your staff or just close this location if this is the standard of service you plan to provide. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION.
