Very disappointed in Bryan’s customer service. Another family member had purchased a croc charm and was trying to purchase 4 more to complete the promotion of buy 5 charms and get 2 free. We were also not familiar with the promotion. Bryan called us over to make the purchase and we wanted to buy the 4 charms (to complete the 1 charm we had and get the 2 free ones) and all he said is we couldn’t return the item because he was on the iPad. We were confused so my husband tried to explain that we wanted to purchase these croc charms to complete the promotion in which Bryan made the comment “I don’t know what you want, I don’t understand” and continued to say he couldn’t make the return. I chimed in and said we didn’t want to return it and that’s when he laughed at us as if we’re stupid. Another lady at the cash register chimed in and said the same thing that he couldn’t make the return and we were so confused. My husband was upset at this point and said we weren’t taking anything as he was catching an attitude with us. I understand working retail sucks, I’ve been there many times but you’re familiar with the promotion, We’re not. It would’ve been nice if you could explain it to us from the moment there was miscommunication. Keep in mind we also did not make the purchase of the other croc charm, it was another family member. Terrible customer service from Bryan and the other lady at the register with the big glasses (I did not get the name). Better off going somewhere else to buy charms/crocs.

Very disappointed customers services from Ernesto the supposed manager, I ask him about the crocs with charms already on , he say they are just for display but like I told him it's false advertisement because it has a price already and I don't see a sign that says charms for display only. I didn't know the charms already on the crocs ( not the charms for sale individually those I know I have to buy ) but the crocs hanging on the sales floor , he was really rude about it , he told me pretty much he didn't care if I call corporate, but don't worry Ernesto I will , last time buying from this store , mine as well I'll buy them at shoe rack , better customers service that appreciates business, but Ernesto may need more training on customer service very unprofessional giving bad attitude to the customers instead of deescalate the situation he made it worse
