I had an incredible experience at this hair salon! The hairdresser not only gave me the best blowout I've ever had in Laredo. With 45 years of experience, her skill was evident. After a recent car accident the day before & being far from home, her services not only transformed my hair but also lifted my spirits. The salon found someone to take me right away & the sign in process was so easy, too. Grateful for the exceptional service and a mood boost during a challenging time.

My hair looks nice and healthy, and my stylist was very kind. I asked for a wash and cut. It's my fault I didn't ask about their prices, but I was shocked to be charged $65 for how simple I like my hair. I feel like I got talked into extras like layers that would cost extra without being informed it would cost more. I had cash and gave them $80 which they took without offering change. I don't mind giving a tip but I would have liked it to be my choice. I'm not very good at being confrontational so I just left but I wanted to give a review so people like me will know what to expect.TL;DR: I wanted a simple wash and cut. They were super kind. It cost $65. They took $80. That might be fine for you but it's too expensive for me and what I ask for.

Ilia took fantastic care of me! It was my first visit so I was a bit nervous, not knowing what to expect. She took the time to really listen to all my concerns and answer my questions. She colored my roots, cut and styled my hair just right, and gave me great advice on products and care. Thank you, Ilia, for being so kind and attentive in the process! Also, thanks to Juanita, too, for your assistance and advice. I'll definitely be returning...and spreading the word!

I went in for a free consultation with Iza, left a $50 deposit for a follow up appointment, had to cancel several times and decided to cancel the appointment altogether and was told the deposit was non refundable. She did mention that she would “honor” a service for the deposit I left, but I have yet to get a response from her. Worst experience ever.Service: Balayage

I got my hair done here it is so pretty ? I love it I got my hair done purple and I forgot the lady who did my hairs name but she had blonde curly hair in a bun she is so nice and at first I was scared but she made me feel at home I wish I could rate this stylist a 900000 out of ten thank you for making me feel and look the best
