I arrived at the warehouse in the early morning and I reported early because I was supposed to have an unloading appointment today, Saturday. I went to the guard, he received papers from me and immediately told me that they were not going to unload me until Monday, two arrived with a loaded box and yes. they received them I do not recommend downloading in this warehouse not recommended

Very bad people and bad service
I left my truck for maintenance at this shop.
They took 45 days for waiting for parts with fake promises and never fix my truck.
After 2 months I went there for taking my truck back but my truck isn't there anymore
They disappear my truck
Very big scam
They steel my truck

Only 4 stars because I had to wait till the next day for my load but i live in Laredo so not that big of a deal. Fast loading once I was in.

This company is bad and if your cargo is in Mexico and has not been delivered, bring food because you will be waiting for at least 10 hours

If coming here to get loaded. Check in is done on the phone. Call the office 15-20 mins before arrival. No parking inside building lot and street parking not a good idea it's always full. They will advise you to go to a nearest truck stop. They will call you based on your load when to come to the gate. Enjoy!

Truck Review:Customs Bonded shipping and receiving facility as well. Once load is there from Mexico, won’t take long to load unload.No Parking inside facility, Very limited parking over street, on a couple there. Better call them and make and come by appointment for shipping and receiving.

Very quick to load when trailer from Mexican side is here.. No parking inside for trucks waiting to get loaded. You can hardly find parking on street as well (as it is jam packed all day long). A little tight spots to back in
