No one ever answers the phone at this place .Dont even bother calling. Picked up a trailer with equipment number that did not match my invoice . I didn’t notice at first . (My bad) Went back to this place after packing trailer. Attendant says “don’t worry about it” I would have never been able to do a self return out of town with a non matching equipment number . Lucky, SA receiving U-Haul “Kelly” went above and beyond , even tried calling Laredo itself, never got thru. Thank you Kelly from San Antonio . You set the example of great customer service .

Always a great crew. The people are great and friendly. Have to stop by for a truck load every time I am in the area. Very fair prices. Can't say enough good about these folks. They also do a great job of packing it for me. Very careful.

I love shopping at Diana’s. She is So friendly and has great prices and great products. her pottery is fabulous, her metal signs are wonderful, and everything is very organized. Her guys are very helpful packing your car. She usually has great treasures inside.
