Caution!!! Warning!!! Supervisory personnel are not trained or educated to handle some type of complaints or consumer concerns at a professional level. Before contacting any supervisor or store manager at this store for concerns, try to contact any other representative or consumer relations specialist at corporate office. It seems to be management at this location will handle your concerns based on their own personal emotional state and/or their own assumptions. AGAIN, CAUTION!!! IF THEY APPROACH YOU APPEARING PROPER, DECENT, & CORRECT, THEY MIGHT NOT BE!!!

The women's at the men's department were so rude, when I tried to change a shirt they kept making up excuses to not do it, even though it was in perfect condition, had my ticket and was on time, when they're not making money they're totally unprofessional, unwelcoming and extremely rude.

Girls, Boys, be careful when you go to buy makeup bases from this lauder, always check that if the jar comes full because they sold me one that was already used, it came with less product. I couldn't go to complain anymore. I didn't have the precaution to check it. You trust what they are giving you in the box. Be very careful👀
