Manny, the manager at the McPherson store, went out of his way to fix a mistake made by a Houston Discount Tire store. That store had installed the wrong size tires, which led the rear tires to scrap the wheel housing when the car hit a bump. Discount Tire policy requires that you get refunds only at the store in which tires were bought. Ridiculous, I know. Manny, however, saved me a trip to Houston by working something out with the Houston store. He also got me a refund. I cannot thank him enough.

We use their free tire pressure check in various cities! Since gas stations no longer have air easily available, it is a nice free service.

Beware!!! Great customer service applies only while and during your purchasing tires. AFTER THAT, expect long lines and employees with indifferent attitude.

Went to take my 2008 Ford Mustang GT to get it patched up from one tire and they destroyed one of my wheel studs and won’t fix it! They are amateurs with the air impact guns and tend to strip the wheel studs! At first the associate handling my car came out and told me about the situation and said that they would take care of the problem! As soon as he addressed the problem with the assistant manager (Joe), he completely denied any wrong doing, and basically said that I would have to eat that problem up all with a smirk on his face! I told him I came in with 5 lugs on my wheel and expected to leave with the 5 lugs on my car and that he should honor what the other associate had confirmed in the first place and Joe told me that he doesn’t make those decisions with a smirk on his face! Very unprofessional! Don’t expect him to understand my situation since it’s not his car! This is the second time I have to deal with that sort of problem with them! The last time they needed to replace all my lug nuts, because they stripped them on my visit when I when replaced all my tires with them! They hire individuals there and are not properly trained to work the impact air guns! They straight up screw on the lugs with the air gun without putting them on by hand first! Joe told me that he would talk to his manager to see if they could take care of the problem, but haven’t had a call from the manager so far! I’m driving with 4 lugs instead of 5, and it is completely embarrassing to drive around like that! Joe basically said that it is fine to drive around with 4 lugs! The car came with 5 lugs in each wheel for a reason! Very unacceptable service from a so called professional establishment! I have a good history of purchased tires with them and really thinking about my ties with them!
May 8, 2024 update: was trying to take off my rear wheels to change out my brakes and two of the lug nuts that discount sold me broke off cause they were too tight! I went to discount tire to claim what happened and was never able to speak to the manager Chris!! Was there for like an hour and supposedly he was on the phone call all that time!! Then I told one of the reps to tell him to call me when he has chance and guess what?? Hasn’t called!! I seriously don’t know what the problem is with discount tire, I never chose to be in this predicament!! I’m just wanting good service like everyone else!!

I went to buy new wheels, they returned my wife's previous wheels but they didn't give her the studs, and on the new wheels, knowing that I paid for installation, I don't know if the hub rings come in the package of the wheels, they didn't put them on, nor They didn't offer them either, so the car vibrated too much, horrible experience, I wasn't going to fight over some studs but the thing about the hub wheels is unacceptable, knowing that the car wouldn't stay centered.
Last time I shopped there because I had also bought tires before.

I did research on new tires and found discount tires had the best pricing . I went in and Mr Joe Garza was very patient and took the time to show me several options for new tires . He even went as far as bringing them out to show room so we could compare different thread patterns . They gave me great price and set up an appt time that best suited me. On day of appt Mr Joe Garza kept me informed of the progress and so did the staff . They were very quick , professional , and answered all my questions . I was even told if I was not happy with the ride I can return within 30 days ! I highly recommend this location and Mr Joe Garza for your tire needs!

Every single time I come here they are busy, and yet they are able to manage the flow of clients in a quick and efficient manner. The employees working in the vehicles are quick, professional and they look like they are having fun. Great business. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Experienced Bad service… employees were not able to find the issue I had with the tire At first. To start off the person attending me was already in a bad mood.
After a tire rotation done, I refused to take back my vehicle since my tire hadn’t been fixed because they couldn’t find the problem…they later were able to fix the tire.
I was just surprised that they were trying to return me the car with a bad tire. (7301McPherson location)
