Went to pick up pizza at your location on Mesa Drive in Austin. Both pizzas burnt. Barely any sauce, cheese, or toppings. Pizzas poorly cut and just thrown in the box.Went back and the "manager" said all he could do was bake them again. He refused to provide a refund and said I'd have to come back to see the general manager. He wouldn't supply the general manager's name nor would he give me his name. Pics below.

So many managers and personel couldn't get my order and to top it off bubble on the pizza ; managers need to be training thier employees especially if they are still learning ohh and female manager didn't even had her hair in a bun her hair waiving all over hair can easily fall on food

Nepotism, incompetence, micromanagement, and power trips that unsurprisingly result in a ridiculously high turnover rate

Your upper management is very unprofessional! A couple classes on harassment is definitely needed.

By having stores that function. The store at 1930F Oltorf St. Austin, TX could not be worse. I tried to order on-line and they were not taking on-line orders. Called to order and was placed on hold. I drove to the store from far south Austin, arrived at the store while STILL on hold and walked in to order. Almost 16 minutes on hold and when I showed the employee I was still on hold she scrambled to look at the phone. I ordered and was told I could not use my pizza points unle

Not Too Friendly , Lack of Welcome To Dominos and Smiles it feels like very hostile environment on all 4 locations, mist of the times they don't have thier tv's on and no ice 4 the drinks , it's not awesome 4 dine in but 4 delivey or carry out it's ok , though pizza always delicious but i guess they should have focused more on dine in if they want it to work p.s. too many flies

Just finished eating at this place. I notice as I was leaving that not one person who was preping the food was wearing gloves, hair nets, or even beard nets. I could see employees in the back eating. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and ask him about their dress atire policy for employees who prep food. He stated that since it was a franchise that from what he knew, it was not required. I then pulled up the PDF file of Dominos dress atire rules and showed him that it states they are require to do so. His answer again was that being that it was a franchise, they were not required to do so.

They don't care about their employees!!!! Do not work here! I had gotten pregnant and had to work less hours to not stress myself out, because health is important!!! The general manager I had worked for had to close a day that I normally closed. She was asked “Why are you opening and closing?â€. Mind you, I'm still a manager at this time but my hours cut. Anyway. Answering that question in front of everyone, she looked at me and said “Because someone didn't know how to clo
