Beware if you purchase items at both Dr ikes stores, check out the product before you buy it. Some electronics might be used they just repack it with tape and put it back for sale . I just bought a ac it was used and missing components, besides that it did not worked. This is the 3rd time i have ask for a refund for bad items. The past time it was some fire extinguisher on the reload red line. And had a hard time getting my refund No Quality control at this stores..

The most horrible people work there, they'll always looking for an excuse not to refund your money, twice I've tried to return something with the receipt and they'll find an excuse not to return the money, horrible employees and management...they should all get fired..I'm never shopping at that ghetto runned place, I'll go to home Depot instead, they know how to treat their customers!! If I could give zero stars I would!!

These people sell cheap products and they have no return policy. I bought a privacy lever set for a restroom and the lock's latch broke and locked my son inside the restroom. I had no choice but to drill the lock. And when I went to get a replacement that same week, these people all got aggressive including that cop they have there. I haven't returned since. And I do not recommend this place. Go to chain retailers or order online.
