Arrangement was beautiful. I called to see if my arrangement was ready. I was told it was ready and all it needed was to get wrapped in the back. I waited another 40 minutes in curbside pickup for my order to get wrapped. I wish I was kidding.

Let me start by saying that the young girl behind the counter is sweet and attentive but, she took forever to come and greet me, then i order just a smoothie idk if she is new but took forever to do it. Bottom line and new this specific store needs to improve to train the employees on how to provide better costumer service.

I should’ve read the reviews before I placed the order. If you’re being charged for delivery you could at least expect it being delivered on time but nah these people can’t do that. Lost my business that’s for sure.
