As a frequent user of the service it's okay. They formerly had a charging station for phones but, like all good things they don't last long. The effort was nice but unfortunately the public didn't help in preserving them. It's a station that's near a fast food restaurant which is a pro for anyone that's either hungry or wishes to kill time. It's bus schedules are inconsistent and prices have gone up significantly in the past couple of years. I'd be more accepting of the mark-up fare if they'd be able to improve their schedule consistency in their routes. Majority of the bus drivers are friendly and i have few complaints about some of them over the years but the availability of public transportation is always good to have despite it having medicore service at best.

Rosita Olvidres bus 18 Santo almost 7am is what you only find in Laredo. People that give awesome customer service very professional down to earth she deserves a raise.

Seems that route 17, mines rd, doesn't pass at proper appointment times. It shows on their website that it passes at 6:05 then 6:45, never passed. Had to order an Uber. Recommend using Uber then this sad excuse of public transportation.
